| The GEMS TargetPLUS mocks are unique in their design and ability to improve student confidence and marks. |
The On-Line Diagnostic Mocks were first introduced two years ago at City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow, at its RN Peace Building, by Dr Sunita Gandhi whose visionary parents Mr and Mrs Jagdish and Bharti Gandhi run the City Montessori Group of Schools and Colleges (their results are presented inside). Last year, the paper and pencil mocks were also introduced in some subjects. This is the first winter they are being offered by us to schools nationwide. |

Saves teacher time each year in preparing full pre Board papers to revised Board guidelines, type set, edit and print these. |

The benefits are greater because students get their personalised diagnostic and formative reports by which they learn of their own personal strengths and weaknesses in relation to the goals for a forthcoming Board Exam. They can set their personal targets and improve scores efficiently. |

Students get their own copy of tips, guidelines, and solutions. These in turn ensure that the students gain more from the process than in the traditional pre Board exams and learn how to work smart and save time. |

Parents would love to have these reports. In the subsequent years, such on-going diagnostics may be built into the cost of schooling itself. Ultimately, it makes learning more efficient, builds every child's confidence and ensures better success in the Board Examinations. |

The programme is cheaper than alternative remedial measures. Parents may be offered the option of on-line mocks for their children and for which parents may pay directly, if they wish. |

This helps improve overall average performance of the school without any out of pocket expenses for the school, or increased burden on the teacher. |

| A Combined Approach |
A combined approach maybe possible, for example, taking of on-line mocks in certain science side subjects combined with paper and pencil mocks in other subjects. (see list of subjects offered on the inside page). |
