| GEMS “Dynamic” takes data seriously. With our unique computer programs, we provide schools 3 types of reports after each survey. |
GEMS “Dynamic” Personalised Reports |
GEMS “Dynamic” Personalised Reports are made on the basis of the GEMS “Dynamic” Baseline Surveys. They are designed to highlight student’s strong areas and those they need to further develop in a subject. GEMS “Dynamic” Personalised Reports made after GEMS “Dynamic” Progress Surveys show overall progress a student makes against his / her own personal baseline. Progress in each concept as well as overall progress in each subject is highlighted. |

GEMS “Dynamic” acknowledges the role of the teacher and awards them with gifts and certificates for their effort in bringing out the best in each. Students too are acknowledged for ‘effort’ and ‘progress’ and not merely for ‘accomplishment’. Teachers and students do not work for rewards but feel satisfaction in having made progress. It is an intrinsic desire to excel and do well that is nurtured and not external motivators that are temporary in nature. |

| GEMS “Dynamic” Class Reports |
GEMS “Dynamic” Class Reports show class averages in a descending order along with each student score on each concept in a subject. These help teachers to plan their classes based on students’ understanding level in each concept. Individual scores in each question are visible in the report, so that teachers can take these into account when possible and provide individual attention for those who are below or above the class average. |
