For GEMS Coordinators and Facilitators, we provide special training in Dr Gandhi’s training programmes, for example, From Copper to Gold In-Service Training Programme. Those who wish to become advisors and consultants for her programme and support individual schools in their area and take it to others are most welcome to approach us. They also get specialised training. |

| After studying at top schools in Lucknow, Viveik started his own two highly successful bookstores in Lucknow which have moved from strength to strength since 1988. |
As father of a son in the GEMS programme of Dr Sunita Gandhi’s and as a bookseller stocking her books and materials, Viveik got highly interested in becoming a part of this mission to education children better, more joyfully and more effectively. This is what led him to take up the Global Classroom Pvt. Ltd. as a President-Worker. |

About Dr Sunita Gandhi, Conceptualiser, GEMS |

The Global Education Model of Schooling, or GEMS, was conceptualised by Dr Sunita Gandhi, Ph.D., Cambridge University and daughter of the founders of City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow. Sunita Gandhi has spent 26 years abroad since she left India to do A-Levels in the UK. She has lived in, trained teachers and established schools on three continents, besides traveling to and studying educational systems in 34 countries. |
The GEMS Dynamic Assessments, the GEMS Personalised Study Materials (PerBOOKS), the MAXIM ClassBOOKS for the Pre-K-VIII students along with the TargetPLUS MOCKS and the Sure Success Series for X & XII students are inspiring students to compete with themselves, not others.
Over 200 individuals on three continents have helped her in her mission to bring out the GEMS Dynamic Assessments and Materials. |
She feels redefining assessments and education based on the premise of competition with oneself is important. It will redefine what we consider as success in education. Her Four Building Blocks of Education are the most important underpinnings of an education in the 21st century: Universal Values, Global Understanding, Excellence in All Things and Service to Humanity. They are being followed by CMS – City Montessori School, Lucknow – world's largest school, among others. |
