Research shows that students who have high self confidence do much better in school and in life, and it is the other way around for students who have a low self-esteem. Developing self confidence and self esteem is a crucial part of emotional and mental development incorporated in GEMS “Dynamic”.

GEMS “Dynamic” Programme aims to increase children’s self confidence by letting them see their strengths and progress.  Also, the fun-looking Perbooks are byte-sized so that children can feel a sense of accomplishment upon completion at each level of learning.

Being on the top of a class should not be the highest point one can get to, and being the worst in the class does not mean the student cannot make it in life. GEMS “Dynamic” believes that the goal for every child should be the best and highest progress of each one, and competition with one’s own self. Students should be able to demonstrate and know they have made progress. They should be able to know which level they were at and what is their next goal, moving from one level to the next and seeing progress as measurement of success.

GEMS “Dynamic” believes that children do their best when they recognize they are involved in their own planning and goal-setting process. GEMS “Dynamic” provides students fun-filled planning opportunities to plan their own studies in a highly intuitive way.
